The Alpin Chalets have been built in 2014. Our apartments are individually and lovingly furnished, each has its own style. All apartments have wooden floors, a fully equipped kitchen, balcony or terrace and free Wi-Fi.
The ski bus goes to Oberboden and stops about 50m away in front of Villa Natur. This will take you to the Warth-Schröcken ski area (Saloberjet) in 10 minutes. There is a connection to the LechZürs ski area via the Auenfeldjet.
Each apartment has a free underground parking space.
Top 9 and Top 10 have two underground parking spaces.
In the winter season, we offer a daily delivery service for bread and rolls. Please let us know by 15:00 on the day of arrival, if you would like to get products from the bakery on the following day.
In all other seasons bread can be ordered and picked up in the SPAR supermarket in Schröcken.
The Alpin Chalets have a lift system. The two houses are connected via the underground car park.
The ski equipment can be stored in the ski room, which is right next to the underground car park.
The center of Schröcken is about 10 minutes away. There is a grocery store (SPAR), a sports shop, the inn “Tannberg” with excellent cuisine and the restaurant “Bauernstube”. Opposite the church you will find an ATM.
Every parking space in the underground car park now has the option of charging electric vehicles. Common charge cards or cards available from the property management can be used.
Check-in between 15:00 and 18:00 (for later arrival please contact us).
Check-out until 9:30.
In the winter months, the sauna is open from 15.00 to 20.00. In spring / summer / autumn, the sauna is open on request.
All our apartments are equipped with a Nespresso machine. Capsules can be ordered via the bread delivery at the price of 4.50 € per package (10 capsules).
In the basement are both a coin-operated washing machine and a dryer available for all house guests.
In summer and winter you get to Schröcken taking the L200 (Bregenzerwaldstraße) from Bregenz / Dornbirn or via the L 198 (Lechtalstraße) from Reutte. Please turn off the main road into the district "Oberboden". Arrived in Oberboden, turn left at the "Villa Natur" and you are right in front of the Alpin Chalets!
Attention!
In winter, the journey via Lech is not possible because the street is closed.
Please bring suitable snow chains with you in winter and familiarize yourself with chain mounting before your arrival.
